A healthy brownie….?…..

OK.  This isn’t actually a healthy brownie.  But it’s a healthier brownie.  I’ll bet that you knew that you could substitute apple sauce for oil in baking recipes.  But, did you know that you could also substitute yogurt?  Because I didn’t know that until I started Weight Watchers and was being very careful about what I was eating.  It really couldn’t be easier.

  1. Grab a box of brownie mix.  Whatever type you want.
  2. Simply substitute the yogurt for the oil.
  3. Bake according to the directions on the box.

I’ve found that the brownies are very moist and have a slight tangy taste to them.

Yummy.

And you can still eat a brownie without ruining the work that you did during the rest of the day.
